In 2012 GZ MEDITEC acquired the design and manufacturing branch of LOI Meditec  and La Oleodinamica Industriale  in the strategic industrial district of Rovereto (Trento).

It is the beginning of a new process that, by exploiting the existing human heritage and experience, has introduced an efficient production model based on improvement and a renewed tension in the result.

A highly specialized team has grown around the new management , capable and motivated,  that has created a unique work environment full of experience and enthusiasm.

Since May 1, 2015 GZ MEDITEC changed its name to MEKNA to give immediate prominence to the knowledge and skills of machining of metals and composite materials.

From 2015 MEKNA became the new company's name to give immediate prominence to the knowledge and skills of machining of metals and composite materials.

The February 1, 2016 MEKNA moves its headquarters, manufacturing, sales and R&D department at the new site in via alle Fornaci n. 35 in Rovereto.
