1. WHAT MATERIALS CAN BE WORKED?

MEKNA is working steel, aluminum and brass. In the preliminary study phase, MEKNA implements all technical guidelines or, if required, is able to interact with the customer to define the most suitable specifications for special processing.

2. WHAT ARE DIMENSIONAL CONSTRAINTS FOR PROCESSING OFFERS?

MEKNA is able to perform any mechanical working of pieces that fall into the following measures:

- mm 700 x 700 x 500

- mm 500 x 500 x 2000

3. ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS ON THE MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PIECES TO ORDER?

MEKNA has a great flexibility of intervention but, like any industrial process, its production has an optimum range of performance ranging from 200 to 3000 pieces / order. You can still contact us for orders that differ from these values: we will assist you with a valuation.

4. YOU ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS, CERTIFICATES and TRACKING OF ORIGIN OF MATERIALS WORKED?

MEKNA has faced a quality system which, upon request, is able to identify the production lot able to assign a serial number to every single part produced by providing the relevant certificates of the material.

5. I NEED URGENT SPECIAL PROCESSes, WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

Given the specificity of products, dates of orders are agreed with customers. Depending on the volume and complexity of production, the delivery normally ranges from two to several weeks and can even be programmed in several lots. For your particular urgency ask our customer service, a specific unit to solve your problem.
